Closure of Trading Window

Rishiroop Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all directors and designated persons, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company declares its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This is a routine compliance measure mandated by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
