PRESS RELEASE
Q2 FY27 Segmental Performance
Aerospace & Defence Business:
During Q2 FY27, the company delivered a stellar financial performance, achieving an all-time high revenue of
₹ 139 crore—a robust 72% Y-o-Y growth compared to ₹ 81 crore in Q2 FY26. Operating profitability tracked
this top-line expansion, with EBITDA surging 72% to ₹ 29 crore (up from ₹ 17 crore in Q2 FY26) while
maintaining strong operational efficiency with EBITDA margins at 21%.
This record performance was fueled by ramped-up production for leading global OEMs and key additions to
our product portfolio. With supply chain headwinds abating and our expanded operational capacity fully
online, we are uniquely positioned to seamlessly execute against a rapidly growing multi-year order book.
We continue to capitalize on growing global demand by expanding our footprint into the high-precision
aerospace sector. Backed by our ongoing ~₹510 crore greenfield capacity expansion in Andhra Pradesh and
advanced engineering infrastructure, we remain well-positioned to drive long-term growth in both aerospace
and defence markets.
Precision Technology & Auto Components:
Generated ₹ 471 crore in revenue in Q2 FY27, representing a 15% Y-o-Y growth over ₹ 409 crore in Q2 FY26.
This performance was anchored by steady domestic market traction and sustained export deliveries against
long-term OEM schedules. EBITDA for the quarter on a like to like basis grew by 39% to ₹ 61 crore (vs. ₹ 44
crore in Q2 FY26 excluding one-time gain of ~₹ 13 crore) with an EBITDA margin of 13.0%, supported by volume
ramp-up and targeted cost optimization initiatives.
We continue to capitalize on 'China Plus One' tailwinds by deepening our global footprint, expanding into
adjacent industrial and defence sectors, and entering the automotive aftermarket. Backed by our ongoing
~₹430 crore greenfield manufacturing expansion in Andhra Pradesh and brownfield capacity acceleration,
we remain well-positioned to drive long-term business momentum both domestically and internationally.
Raymond Limited continues to remains net-debt-free, with a net cash surplus of ₹ 77 crore as of September
’26, providing the financial flexibility required to fund future organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
