Intimation under Regulation 30(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

International Gemological Institute Ltd (IGIL) has informed the stock exchanges about the authorization of its Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) to determine the materiality of events and information for disclosure, effective July 1, 2026. The authorized KMPs include the Managing Director & CEO, Chief Financial Officer, and Company Secretary. This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
