The said financial results are accompanied by the Statement of Assets and Liabilities, half yearly Cash Flow Statement, Segment Reporting as well as Limited Review Report given by the Statutory auditor of the company. In terms of Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the extract of financial results, in the prescribed format, shall be published on 28.10.2026 in The Financial Express (All Edition) and Mumbai Lakshadeep (Vernacular Language).
