Closure of Trading Window

Rishiroop Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all directors and designated persons, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is taken to comply with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ensuring the prevention of trading based on unpublished price sensitive information.
