Closure of Trading Window

Kalyan Jewellers India Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, including Promoters, Directors, and their immediate relatives. This closure, effective from July 1, 2026, is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for considering these results in due course.
