Allotment of 1178005 (Eleven lakh seventy-eight thousand five) Equity Shares of the Company having face value of INR 10/- (Indian Rupees Ten Only) each, at a price of INR 23/- (indian Rupees Twenty-Three Only) including a premium of INR 13/- (Indian Rupees Thirteen Only) per share to Promoters and Non-Promoters/Public shareholders aggregating to INR 2,70,94,115/- (Indian Rupees Two crore seventy lakh ninety-four thousand one hundred fifteen Only), for cash consideration on preferential basis (in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 (“SEBI ICDR Regulations”) Consequently, upon such allotment, the issued and paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 60277050/- (Indian Rupees Six Crore Two Lakhs Seventy-Seven Thousand Fifty Rupees only) consisting of 6027705 equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each.
