Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange
Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing
Regulations"), we hereby inform you that the Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited ("MCX")
has imposed a monetary penalty in connection with certain observations arising from its inspection
of the Company’s Authorised Persons ("APs").
In this regard, the requisite disclosure in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations is
provided below:

movement of funds and securities between
clients and the APs, and a penalty of
₹20,000/- for deficiencies observed in the
inspection of one Authorised Person,
including non-coverage of the prescribed
inspection scope and applicable regulatory
requirements.
3 Date of receipt of direction or order, The penalty letters were received on July 24,
including any ad-interim or interim 2026.
orders, or any other communication from
the authority;
4 Details of the MCX conducted an inspection of the
violation(s)/contravention(s) committed Authorised Persons (APs) for the period
or alleged to be committed; from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 and
observed, inter alia (i) the APs not providing
satisfactory clarification regarding funds
transaction in their bank account, and (ii)
deficiencies in the inspection conducted by
the Company in respect of one Authorised
Person, including non-coverage of the
prescribed inspection scope and applicable
regulatory requirements. Accordingly, MCX
has imposed the aforesaid monetary
penalty. The penalties shall be recovered
from the concerned APs.
5 Impact on financial, operation or other Apart from the aforesaid monetary penalty,
