Closure of Trading Window

Aries Agro Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for all directors, officers, and designated employees, effective from July 1, 2026. This measure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company declares its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these results will be communicated at a later time.
