Accordingly, the revised area is 15,548 sq. yards, and the consideration has been revised from ₹47,75,40,000 to ₹46,64,40,000, resulting in a reduction of ₹1,11,00,000. The Company has entered into a Supplementary Agreement (Addendum) dated 05.09.2026 to the registered Consortium Memorandum of Understanding with Shri Vrinda Infracon Pvt. Ltd., incorporating the revised terms. The parties have mutually decided not to execute a separate Development Agreement. The above details are for your information and dissemination.
