Mr. lwao Shimamoto neither has any pecuniary relationship nor is related to other Director of the Company. Further, he is not debarred from holding the Office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any such other authority. Brief profile of Mr. lwao Shimamoto: Mr. Iwao Shimamoto holds a Bacherlor's Degree of Arts in Economics from Kyoto University, Japan. Mr. Shimamoto currently serves as Management Executive and President of the Forging Company at Aichi Steel Corporation. He has an extensive experience in procurement, human resource development and corporate planning at Toyota Motor Corporation and Aichi Steel Corporation. He also has overseas management experience in North America and China, including serving as Vice President and General Manager of purchasing at Tianjin FAW Toyota.
