A copy of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results, together with the Limited Review Report thereon is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A for your information and record. ii) Resignation of Chief Financial Officer of the Company: Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Anish Agarwal has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 26th October, 2026. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026, are provided as Annexure-B. The letter of resignation received after the closure of business hours from Mr. Anish Agarwal is enclosed as ‘Annexure-C’. iii) Appointment of Chief Financial Officer of the Company: As per the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Mr. Amit Dhadda as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, with effect from 27th October, 2026.
