Kolsite Corporation LLP sold 4,59,000 shares (1.77%) while Varun Satyanarayan Kabra and Jyoti Varun Kabra, also part of the promoter group, acquired 2,29,500 shares each (0.88% each). This transaction occurred via open market between June 17, 2026, and June 22, 2026. The overall promoter and PACs' holding in Plastiblends India Ltd remains unchanged at 62.81% post-transaction.
