(IST) and concluded at 2308 Hrs. (IST), has inter-alia considered and approved the allotment of 7,683,981 Equity Shares to qualified institutions buyers under Qualified Institutional Placement at the issue price of INR 5,550.00 per Equity Share, (which includes a discount of INR 211.00 per Equity Share (i.e., 3.66% of the floor price, as determined in terms of the SEBI ICDR Regulations) i.e. at a premium of INR 5,545.00 per Equity Share, aggregating to INR 42,646.09 million, pursuant to the Issue. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to from INR 790,750,000/- consisting of 158,150,000 Equity Shares of INR 5 per share to INR 829,169,905/- consisting of 165,833,981 Equity Shares.
