Trading Window

Kalyan Jewellers India Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for Promoters, Directors, Designated persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure, effective from July 1, 2026, will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This is a routine compliance measure in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading before financial results are made public.
