International Gemological Institute Limited has authorized its Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), including the Managing Director & CEO, Chief Financial Officer, and Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, to determine the materiality of events and make disclosures to stock exchanges. This authorization is effective from July 1, 2026, and is in compliance with Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
