Ravi Rajan & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditor for another period of six months for period upto 30.09.2026 (iii) Appointment of M/s. R.M. Bansal & Co., Cost Accountants as Cost Auditor of the Company for FY 2026-27.
