Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Master Circular
HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, we wish to inform you
about the proposal to establish a new Client Support Centre Facility at A-33, Sector-136,
Noida, Uttar Pradesh, as part of company’s expansion strategy to strengthen its customer
support and operational infrastructure.
The proposed Client Support Centre Facility will support the Company's customer engagement
and operational functions, including customer support, patient assistance, appointment
scheduling, enquiry management, tele-counselling and other allied operational activities.
The details of the proposed facility are as under:
