Key Financial Highlights for H1 FY27
● Consolidated revenue grew 17% year-on-year to ₹285.5 crore, supported by growth across

the festive buying, which is concentrated in Q3 FY27 this year, compared with Q2 FY26 last
year.

investments in preparation of the festive season and temporary logistics cost pressures at
Snapdeal due to macroeconomic factors, alongside investments in Unicommerce to support
long-term growth.
● Snapdeal’s revenue grew 15% year-on-year to ₹164.4 crore.
● Unicommerce’s revenue grew 15% year-on-year to ₹110.4 crore, compared with ₹96.3
crore in H1 FY26.
Snapdeal: Building momentum in value fashion and customer
engagement
Snapdeal continues to strengthen its position as a trendy, value-fashion destination for India’s
aspirational shoppers Democratising Trendy Fashion for a Billion Indians. Its approach is anchored in
three key pillars:
● Trendy value fashion for young fashionistas: Snapdeal caters to fashion-conscious shoppers,
particularly Gen Z, by making the latest trends accessible without the premium price tag. The
platform focuses on trend curation, quality management and value pricing, with products
primarily in the ₹300–₹800 range. With 95 lakh fashion listings and year-on-year listing
growth of 91% in H1 FY27, fashion accounted for 68.4% of Snapdeal’s net merchandise value
(NMV).
● AI-powered fashion discovery and shopping: Snapdeal is leveraging AI to make fashion
discovery more intuitive and engaging through personalised storefronts, visual and
conversational search, and AI-powered customer support and sales assistance. These
capabilities influence 81.7% of orders on the platform, with customers browsing
approximately 20 products on average per app order. AI tools also empower sellers through
faster catalogue creation and growth analytics.
● Creator-led social discovery: Snapdeal’s creator network, SlayClan, brings fashion trends to
life through relatable, regional and micro-occasion-led content at scale. With more than 15
crore monthly video views and 1.1 crore followers across social media handles, the creator
ecosystem inspires shoppers, introduces emerging trends and helps consumers discover
relevant products. Snapdeal’s recent partnership with YouTube Shopping marks another step
towards translating this social engagement into commerce.
● Zero-commission Model: Our zero-commission model helps sellers, including smaller
manufacturers and regional businesses, offer trendy fashion at more competitive prices. By
eliminating commission on sales, it gives sellers greater pricing flexibility and room to
experiment with trends, while bringing customers wider choice and better value.
Key operational highlights
● Launched a suite of AI-led solutions across fashion discovery, personalised
recommendations, conversational and visual search, customer support, delivery
optimisation, seller enablement and creator performance monitoring to enable a more
intuitive, personalised and efficient fashion commerce experience. These include StyleMatch
AI, Snap&Shop, Conversational Search, PinPoint AI, Retina AI, Siya AI and SnapList AI.

growth and reflecting the platform’s sharper focus on value fashion.
● Fashion’s share of total NMV rose from 57.1% to 68.4%, reflecting growing demand for
fashion and a shift in the platform’s category mix.

H1 FY27, significantly expanding the assortment available to customers.

continued focus on making trend-led shopping more accessible to value-conscious consumers. The
platform is expanding its fashion assortment while investing in AI-led discovery, app adoption,
customer acquisition and repeat engagement to build a more relevant and engaging shopping
experience.
