Sub.: Intimation of Appointment of Resolution Professional of Shrenik Limited (In CIRP) under Section 22 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 Dear Sir / Madam, As intimated earlier, the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench (Court-II), vide its order dated 30.07.2026 passed in C.P. (IB) No. 200 of 2023, admitted the application filed by Yatayat Corporation India Private Limited under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ("Code"), thereby initiating the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ("CIRP") of Shrenik Limited ("Company") and appointing CA Rahul Nareshbhai Shah as the Interim Resolution Professional ("IRP"). As the appointment of the Resolution Professional was pending, the IRP has been performing the functions of the Resolution Professional from the fortieth day of the insolvency commencement date in accordance with Regulation 17(3) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 ("CIRP Regulations"). Further to our earlier intimations, wherein the IRP was referred to as the deemed Resolution Professional, we hereby inform you that the Committee of Creditors ("CoC"), at its first meeting held on 29.08.2026 and through the electronic voting process concluded on 15.10.2026, approved the appointment of CA Rahul Nareshbhai Shah as the Resolution Professional ("RP") of the Company under Section 22(2) of the Code, with 100% of the voting share of the financial creditors. Accordingly, CA Rahul Nareshbhai Shah shall continue to conduct the CIRP and manage the operations of the Company as the RP in accordance with the provisions of the Code. The powers of the Board of Directors of the Company remain suspended in accordance with Section 17 of the Code and are exercised by the RP. You are requested to take the above information on record.
