Sub.: Disclosure of Updated List of Creditors and Reconstitution of the Committee of Creditors of Shrenik Limited (In CIRP) Dear Sir / Madam, Further to our intimation dated 24.08.2026, the Committee of Creditors ("CoC") of Shrenik Limited ("Company") was constituted on 21.08.2026 under Section 21 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ("Code"), comprising three financial creditors, namely Punjab National Bank (59.77%), State Bank of India (39.24%) and Aditya Birla Capital Limited (0.99%). Subsequent to the constitution of the CoC, the Resolution Professional received claims from four unsecured financial creditors, along with a revised claim from State Bank of India. Upon verification of the claims in accordance with Regulation 13(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 ("CIRP Regulations"), the Resolution Professional admitted the claims. Further, the updated list of creditors as on 17.10.2026 has been filed on the electronic platform of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India pursuant to Regulation 13(2)(ca) of the CIRP Regulations. A copy of the updated list of creditors is enclosed herewith as Annexure A. The admitted claims remain subject to further verification and revision, wherever necessary, in accordance with Regulations 13 and 14 of the CIRP Regulations.
