The dispatch of the Notice shall be completed on November 03, 2026. b) CUT-OFF DATE The cut-off date in respect of the Postal Ballot shall be as per the following: Particulars Date Cut-off date for ascertaining shareholders to whom Notice of Postal 30.10.2026 Ballot shall be sent c) REMOTE E-VOTING PERIOD The remote e-Voting period shall be from Wednesday, November 04, 2026 (09:00 AM) to Thursday, December 03, 2026 (05:00 PM). d) AGENCY FOR REMOTE E-VOTING The Company has appointed Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited (“Purva”) for facilitating e- Voting to enable the Members to cast their votes electronically. e) SCRUTINIZER The Company has appointed M/s. Lakshmmi Subramanian & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Scrutinizer to conduct the process of postal ballot in a fair and transparent manner. f) DECLARATION OF RESULTS OF POSTAL BALLOT The Scrutinizer shall submit its report on Friday, December 04, 2026 and the same shall be disclosed to the Stock Exchange(s) immediately along with voting results.
