The Company places on record its sincere condolences on his demise and acknowledges his professional association with the Company. The Company shall take necessary steps for the appointment of a new Cost Auditor to fill the resulting casual vacancy. The matter shall be placed before the Board of Directors at its ensuing meeting for consideration and approval, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder. The Company shall make the necessary disclosures and filings with the Stock Exchanges, as applicable, upon completion of the requisite formalities.
