P.M., considered and approved the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half
year ended September 30, 2026.
In this regard, please find enclosed the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended
September 30, 2026, along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities, the Statement of Cash Flows and
the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors, as Annexures A and B, respectively. The
Statutory Auditors have expressed an unmodified opinion in their Limited Review Report on the aforesaid
financial results.
