Q2 & H1 FY27 Performance Highlights Q2 FY27 Performance Highlights “Overall business performance recorded a healthy growth during Q2 and H1 FY27, despite moderation in key chemicals prices compared to the previous quarter and weak offtake from Inorganic Chemicals customers. The Company reported revenue of ₹65 crore in Q2 FY27, registering 22% YoY growth, and ₹132 crore in H1 FY27, reflecting 23% YoY growth. The Organic Chemicals segment delivered a strong performance, driven by steady demand and a gradual improvement in realizations over the past few months for HMDS, CMIC, 2-Bromo and Bromobenzene across pharmaceutical, agrochemical and aromatics customers. The Inorganic Chemicals segment was largely impacted by subdued demand, crude oil price volatility, geopolitical uncertainties and reduced oil drilling activity, which led to lower bromide volumes during the quarter. Despite continued uncertainty in the operating environment, the Company remains optimistic about its growth prospects, supported by a healthy balance sheet, a diversified product portfolio, recovery in demand and the commissioning of the upcoming new unit. The Company remains well-positioned to capitalize on emerging growth opportunities while maintaining a disciplined and cautious approach.” Mr. Kamal Aggarwal, Chairman & Managing Director Organic chemicals refers to HMDS, CMIC, Bromobenzene and 2 Bromo whereas Inorganic chemicals refer to Bromides 4 Financial Highlights Revenue from EBITDA (Rs.
