Closure of trading window

Titan Securities Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code of conduct. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, are declared to the stock exchange. The date of the board meeting for these results will be intimated subsequently.
