CO:IRD:2026:27:188 dated 19.10.2026, this is to inform that the Bank’s RTGS outward system have been restored and is fully operational across all channels. During the course of investigation, a technical issue was observed in the interface environment of localized RTGS server maintained at Bank’s end. Bank has undertaken necessary remedial measures in this regard. Further, no customer has suffered any financial loss on account of this incident. The Bank remains committed to maintain the security and integrity of its systems and ensuring a seamless Banking services for its customers.
