ASHTMASYN Dear Sir/ Madam, Sub: Update on Settlement of cases with HDFC Bank Limited and Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait BSC Ref: Regulation 30 of SEB! (tisting Obligations and Disctosure Requ irements) Regtrlations, 2015 This is in furtherance to our intimation dated 23rd October, 2026 regarding the execution of Consent Terms with HDFC Bank Limited ("HDFC Bank") and Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait BSC (,,BBK',) on 22nd October, 2026to settle various legalcases. We wish to inform you that the Consent Terms executed between the parties were filed before the Hon'ble Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal - Mumbai ("DRAT") at the hearing held today, i.e. 26th October, 2026. The Company also handed over the demand draft towards the settlement amount of Rs. 18.00 Crores, as provided for in the Consent Terms, to BBK during the hearing. Hon'ble DRAT has passed an oral order in the open court accepting the submission of the Consent Terms and allowing withdrawal of the cases. As stated in our earlier intimation, the Company will now proceed to withdraw the civil suit pending before the Hon'ble Commercial Court, City Civil Court, Ahmedabad. Subsequent to tl-ie Hon,ble Court passing order for withdrawal of the case, HDFC Bank would pay an amount of approximately Rs. 4.06 crores, belonging to the company, as mentioned in our earlier intimation.
