Further, we wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration committee has also approved to issuance of grant letters of 73,000 Stock Options (each option exercisable into one equity share) under Employee Stock Option Plan- PRAGATI KI AUR -II” (“ESOP Plan 2023”) to the employees.
