This is to further inform that the consequent upon alteration of the Objects Clause of the MoA, and in accordance with National Industrial Classification (NIC) Code 2008, the Corporate Identification Number (CIN) of Company has been changed from L23201MH1959GO1I011388 to L19201MH1959GO1011388. It is submitted that the principal industrial activity of the Company, continues to be refining, transportation, marketing and distribution of petroleum products and other allied energy businesses. However, the change in CIN is on account of change in categorization of the principal industrial activity of the Company from 23201 under erstwhile NIC 1998 to 19201 under NIC 2008, and the change has been affected by Ministry of Corporate Affairs in the CIN of the Company, while approving the MGT-14 filed by the Company.
