Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) of approximately INR 122 Crores (including taxes) has been earmarked for the said expansion. The proposed expansion will increase the annual production capacity of electric two-wheelers at the Hosur factory from 420,000 units to 495,000 units, and the planned annual production capacity of Factory 3.0 from 500,000 units to 650,000 units. The disclosures required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and relevant SEBI Circulars are provided in Annexure A.
