The consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30" June 2026 includes financial results of wh~lly owned subsidiary companies -1) LMW Holding Limited, UAE and 2) LMW Aerospace Industries Limited, India and also indudes financial results of step down subsidiaries such as LMW Textile Machinery (Suzhou) Co. Ltd, China and LMW Global FZE, UAE. 5. Figures for the previous periods have been regrouped/ rearranged wherever necessary.
