The Manager, The Department of Corporate Relations Department of Corporate Services- Compliances, BSE Limited National Stock Exchange of India Limited Phiroze Jeejebhoy Towers, Dalal Street, Fort, Exchange Plaza, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai - 400001 Bandra (East), Mumbai- 400 051 Scrip Symbol: SKYWAYS Scrip ID: 544890 Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure) Regulations, 2015- Skyways Air Services Strengthens International Cargo Leadership with 6.3% Market Share and Advances to 42nd Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulation of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure) Regulations, 2015, we hereby wish to inform you that Skyways Air Services Limited, India’s leading air freight forwarder and integrated logistics solutions provider, has consolidated its India air exports market leadership by increasing its air freight market share to 6.3% in Q2 FY27, up from 6.2% in the preceding quarter. Concurrently, the company advanced its international standing to 42nd globally (up from 44th), according to the latest chargeable weight data released by WorldACD Market Data. This consecutive quarter-on-quarter expansion builds upon the company’s growth momentum, demonstrating operational agility and disciplined capacity execution amidst persistent global supply chain disruptions, fluctuating aviation fuel costs, and evolving geopolitical trade routes. Skyways Air Services continues to outperform broader industry growth rates by leveraging long-term capacity agreements with leading global carriers, including Emirates SkyCargo, Lufthansa, Saudi Cargo, Turkish Air Cargo and Air India Cargo. Growth during the quarter was primarily driven by high-yield, time- critical verticals—notably temperature-controlled pharmaceuticals, automotive components, and electronics—alongside resilient outbound trade demand across key transatlantic, European, and Middle Eastern corridors. Technology is a key enabler of Skyways’ next phase of growth. Under its Skyways 2.0 strategy, the company is accelerating digital adoption through platforms such as ASAP, SLS 100X, Cargo Dash and Skart-Edge. These technology-enabled solutions support the company’s ambition to connect its air and ocean freight, express logistics, customs, road transportation and warehousing capabilities more seamlessly helping build an integrated, scalable logistics platform for increasingly complex cross-border supply chains. Commenting on the results, Mr. Yashpal Sharma, Chief Executive O(cid:431)icer & CMD of Skyways Air Services Limited, said “Sustaining our position as India’s No. 1 air freight forwarder while climbing to 42nd globally reflects the trust our customers place in our network and the dedication of our operating teams. Crossing the 6.3% India air exports market share mark in Q2 FY27 in an unpredictable macro environment underscores the resilience of our asset-light model and our ability to secure reliable capacity when shippers need it most. As Indian manufacturing and outbound merchandise exports gather momentum, we are focused not only on expanding our network, but also on building a more integrated, technology- enabled logistics platform. Through our Skyways 2.0 strategy and digital platforms such as ASAP, SLS 100X, Cargo Dash and Skart-Edge, we aim to strengthen digital adoption, connect capabilities across the supply chain and deliver seamless global connectivity to Indian enterprises.” The company's performance also aligns with its strategic international roadmap. Following sustained India air exports market leadership, Skyways Air Services is actively progressing on its planned footprint expansion across high-growth Asia-Pacific trade gateways, including dedicated setups and joint ventures across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and mainland China. You are requested to take the same on your record and oblige us.
