BSE Limited Symbol: UNIMECH Scrip Code: 544322 Dear Sirs, Subject: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Execution of Long-Term Agreement with Honeywell Aerospace US Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Innomech Aerospace Toolings Private Limited (“Innomech”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited (“the Company”), has executed a Long-Term Agreement with Honeywell Aerospace US LLC (“Honeywell Aerospace”). The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Innomech has executed a Long-Term Agreement (“LTA”) with Honeywell Aerospace for the manufacture and supply of precision components and assemblies for aero-engine and control system applications. The agreement represents a significant expansion of Unimech’s aerospace manufacturing portfolio into precision components and assemblies for aero-engine and control system applications, complementing the Company’s existing participation in aerostructure components and assemblies. These applications demand stringent precision, robust process controls, rigorous quality assurance and consistent supply reliability. The LTA is effective from April 1, 2026 and remains in effect until November 1, 2036, unless extended or terminated in accordance with its terms. It provides the contractual framework under which Honeywell Aerospace may issue purchase orders and/or statements of work to Innomech from time to time. The development further strengthens Unimech’s presence across the global aerospace manufacturing value chain, spanning aero-tooling, aerostructures, aero-engine and control systems-related precision components and assemblies, and complex precision manufacturing solutions. It is aligned with the Company’s strategy of expanding its engagement with global aerospace customers through long-term production programs. This is for your information and records.
