During the last 48 hours, Silvassa received extremely heavy rainfall, causing severe waterlogging and flooding across several parts of the area of Silvassa, (Dadra & Nagar Haveli). We are currently assessing the impact of this natural calamity, if any, on the Company's assets, operations, and production. The extent of the impact is being evaluated, and appropriate measures are being taken to restore normal operations at the earliest. The Company will keep the stock exchanges informed of any material developments, if required, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
