Respected Sir/Madam, Further to our intimation letter dated August 5, 2026 filed with the Stock Exchange regarding admission of the petition for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against Shrenik Limited by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench – Court II vide order dated July 30, 2026, and the appointment of the Interim Resolution Professional. The IRP performed the functions of the Resolution Professional in terms of Regulation 17(3) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. Thereafter, the Committee of Creditors resolved to continue the IRP as the Resolution Professional in terms of Section 22(3)(a) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and he is presently acting as the Resolution Professional (RP) of the Company. We wish to inform you that the 2nd Meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company was held on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 04:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing and physical mode. The agenda items as per the notice convening the meeting and other matters placed before the Committee were deliberated upon by the CoC. Please take the above information on record.
