Financial Results: Unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company together with the Limited Review Report thereon, issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), a copy of which is enclosed herewith. 2. Declaration of Interim Dividend: The Board has declared Interim Dividend of INR 30 per equity share of face value of INR 10/- each for the financial year 2026-27. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Interim Dividend shall be paid on or before August 20, 2026 to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on the record date, i.e., July 31, 2026 fixed for the purpose. 3. Shifting of the Registered Office of the Company: Shifting of the registered office of the Company within the local limits of the Chennai city from “46C, Velachery Main Road, Velachery, Chennai – 600042” to “Ground and First Floor, Block 9A & 9B 1/124 Shivaji Gardens, DLF Cyber City, Moonlight Stop, Manapakkam, Chennai – 600089” with effect from July 25, 2026. This decision has been made for better administrative convenience and effective coordination.
