Vibhor Steel Tubes Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window starting July 1, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. This closure is ahead of the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are made public by the Board of Directors, with the date of the board meeting to be intimated later.
