Secures New Business Worth ₹119.55 Crore in September 2026, Led by Major BCPL and HRRL Contracts Ritco Logistics Ltd., one of India's leading integrated logistics and supply chain solutions providers, continued its business momentum during September 2026 by securing new business worth approximately ₹119.55 crore across a diverse portfolio of customers and transportation requirements. The new business includes major three-year contracts from BCPL and HRRL, along with transportation assignments from industries including Battery and Power Backup, Glass, Ceramic Material and Paper. The order inflow further strengthens Ritco's portfolio of long-duration transportation contracts and adds business across multiple industrial segments and routes. Transportation Vertical – Key Contract Wins BCPL, Dibrugarh – Major Long-Term Contract | ₹73.67 Crore  Ritco Logistics secured a three-year transportation contract from BCPL (Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited), Dibrugarh valued at approximately ₹73.67 crore.  The contract covers transportation from Lapetkata to various destinations.  The sizeable long-term engagement represents the largest business win during September and strengthens Ritco's portfolio of long-duration transportation contracts. HRRL Barmer – Major Long-Term Contract | ₹35.34 Crore  Ritco secured a three-year transportation contract from HRRL Barmer (HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited) valued at approximately ₹35.34 crore. This is in addition to the earlier work order of ₹334 Crore  The contract covers transportation from Pachpadra to various destinations.  The contract further strengthens Ritco's relationship with a leading player in the energy and petroleum sector and adds substantial revenue visibility to the Company's transportation business. Other Strategic Business Wins: Ritco also secured transportation contracts across a range of customers and routes during September 2026:  Battery and Power Backup – One-year transportation contract from Ambala to various destinations.  Paper and Packaging – Eleven-month transportation contract covering Rayagada and Raipur to various destinations.  Glass – Three-month transportation contract from Keshwana, Rajasthan to various destinations.  Ceramic Material – One-month transportation contract from Vizag to Dhanbad. Sustained Growth & Outlook: The business inflow during September 2026 marks another important addition to Ritco Logistics' growth journey. Vulnerability & Patch Management Enhancement: Vulnerability and patch management practices have been strengthened to reduce exposure to known security risks across critical technology assets. 2. Identity & Access Management Enhancement: Identity and access management controls have been strengthened to ensure appropriate access to critical systems and business information. 3. Security Monitoring & Incident Response Enhancement: Security monitoring and incident response capabilities have been enhanced to improve detection, escalation and response to cybersecurity events. 4. Backup & Disaster Recovery Enhancement: Backup and disaster recovery capabilities have been strengthened to improve the availability and recoverability of critical systems and business information. Ritco Logistics Limited’s step down subsidiary Trucksup Solution Private Limited Key Updates: 1. FASTag – TrucksUp issued approximately 9,926 FASTags during the month of September, with a GMV of approximately ₹54 Crore. FASTag continues to see steady demand from fleet operators, and the GMV shows that they are increasingly using TrucksUp to manage and consolidate their toll payments in one place. 2. Vehicle Financing – The platform recorded total vehicle financing disbursements of approximately ₹3.78 Crore during the month of September. This reflects the continued adoption of TrucksUp's financing solutions by fleet operators for their vehicle funding requirements. 3. Smart Fuel – Smart Fuel recorded approximately 419 KL of fuelling with the activation. The fuelling volumes reflect steady utilisation of the platform for fleet fuel requirements and continued movement of fuel spends onto TrucksUp. 4. GPS – GPS generated a revenue of ₹49.05 Lakh during the month of September. GPS continues to contribute meaningfully to the platform's revenue mix and is emerging as a promising technology-led revenue stream. 5. Subscription – TrucksUp generated a total subscription revenue of approximately ₹80.07 lacs during the month of September. 6. Truck Supplier Onboarding – A total of 15,918 Truck Suppliers were on boarded on the TrucksUp platform during the month.
