Yasho Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. This closure, effective from July 1, 2026, will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1FY27). This action is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The date for the board meeting to consider and approve these results will be intimated separately.
