In this regard, it is hereby informed that the validity of the aforesaid LOA, which was originally valid up to August 14, 2026, has been extended by mutual agreement between the parties, subject to necessary compliances on the part of DDA as per the LOA and Tender Document, for a further period of one (1) year and shall now remain valid up to August 14, 2027.
