In this regard we would like to bring to your kind attention the following : 1) Ashika Global Securities Limited shall continue to remain a listed entity with its Shares traded on both Exchanges i.e. BSE Limited and NSE and shall continue as a Non-Deposit Taking NBFC registered with Reserve Bank of India carrying on NBFI activities i.e. Lending and Investments. 2) Consequent upon change in name of the Company, the Trading Symbol and Name of the Company on both the Stock Exchanges shall be changed to reflect the new name. The trading symbol of the Company on both BSE Limited and NSE will come in effect form 27th July 2026. The revised scrip ID/Symbol for BSE Limited and NSE will stand changed from “ASHIKA” to “ASHIKAG“. The Scrip Code “543766” allotted by BSE Limited shall remain unchanged. 3) All other corporate details of the company including CIN, Registered office and contact information shall remain unchanged. 4) Consequent upon change in name of the company, your rights as a shareholder are in no way affected. Shareholders holding shares in Demat Form : The Company has made the necessary intimations to the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and the Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) for updating the new name of the Company i.e. from "Ashika Credit Capital Limited" to “Ashika Global Securities Limited”against the ISIN INE094B01013 of the company in their respective records. The ISIN INE094B01013 remains unchanged and the new name is expected to be reflected by the Depositories upon completion of their internal processing. On completion of the process, the new name of the Company will automatically be reflected in your demat account and holding statements against the aforesaid ISIN. No action is required on your part. Shareholders holding shares in Physical Form : If you are holding equity shares of the Company in physical form, your existing share certificate(s) continue to remain valid.
