Trading Window

Yasho Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company declares its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The date of the board meeting for approving these results will be intimated separately.
