Names of the opposing party, court/tribunal/agency where litigation is filed, brief details of dispute litigation: The complaint is being filed by Income Tax Office through Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Circle-74(1), Delhi for prosecution u/s section 276B r/w Section 278B of Income Tax Act, 1961 for F.Y. 2017-18 in the Court of LD. ACIM (Special Acts), Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. B) The details of any change in the status and / or any development in relation to such proceedings: Prior to the listing of its equity shares on the Stock Exchanges, the Company had received a show- cause notice from the Income Tax Department seeking an explanation as to why prosecution should not be initiated against the Company in relation to the matter. The same already being mentioned in the Red Herring Prospectus. In this regard, the Company had made multiple submissions before the Commissioner of Income Tax (TDS)-1, New Delhi, requesting that the proceedings be dropped, considering that the Company had deposited the relevant Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) before the filing of Tax Audit Report filing for the F.Y. 2017-18. The Company has paid all applicable interest, late fee and there is no liability exists for the relevant Financial Year. Accordingly, no liability in respect of the aforesaid matter remained outstanding in the books of accounts of the Company as at the relevant balance sheet date. With respect to the latest development, the Company, has now received a copy of the complaint filed by the Income Tax Department for prosecution u/s section 276B r/w Section 278B of Income Tax Act, 1961 for F.Y. 2017-18 in the Court of LD. ACIM (Special Acts), Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. The matter is compoundable in nature with a maximum liability of Two Million and is presently pending before the Hon’ble Court, and the Company shall take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law. C) In the case of litigation against key management personnel or its promoter or ultimate person in control, regularly provide details of any change in the status and / or any development in relation to such proceedings.
