Sub.: Correction to Disclosure in Annual Report – Reclassification within ‘Cost of Goods Sold’
with No Impact on Financial Results
We refer to our letter dated July 10, 2026, along with the Annual Report for the year ended
March 31, 2026, submitted to the exchange on July 10, 2026, in compliance with Regulation
34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
The Company wishes to inform that an inadvertent error was identified in the presentation of
the break-up of ‘Cost of Goods Sold’ in Standalone and Consolidated Profit and Loss Statement
for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 in Page 129 and Page 187 respectively. The error
is limited to an inter-se reclassification of Rs. 52.95 crores between two sub-components of
‘Cost of Goods Sold’ (‘Cost of Materials Consumed’ and ‘Purchase of Stock-in-Trade’) and does
not affect the total cost of goods sold, which remains unchanged. The details of the
corrections are given in the below table:

The corrected amounts have been appropriately incorporated in pages 129 and 187
respectively of the revised document. The aforesaid correction is limited to the inter-se
presentation of the said disclosure between ‘Cost of Materials Consumed’ and ‘Purchase of
Stock-in-Trade’, with the total cost of goods sold remaining unchanged, and does not have
any impact on the financial statements, revenue, profitability, earnings per share, cash flows,
net worth, or any other financial information including Audit Reports contained in the Annual
Report. Accordingly, none of the key financial parameters or indicators relevant to
shareholders’ and investors’ decision-making is affected in any manner.
In the interest of transparency and completeness of disclosure, the Company has proactively
issued this clarification.
