Q2FY27 Financials
“PML has reported a healthy financial performance in Q2FY27 across key d

meter customers. Based on current projections, we expect EV demand to remain at
a similar level for the rest of the financial year.
REVENUE
72.46 EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹17.81 Cr, up 159% YoY and EBITDA margin
improved to 25%. Margin improvement can be attributed to a better product mix
from higher EV demand and positive operating leverage from higher business
throughput.
49% YoY Alloys division revenue increase significantly YoY (H1FY27 vs H1FY26). However
the full capacity could not be utilized due to teething issues at the new furnace. We
expect better utilisation of the new furnace capacity in H2FY27.
In the Relays business, we expect to make pilot supplies in H2FY27, with a material
ramp-up expected in FY28.
EBITDA Margin
For Quantum Magnetics, we commissioned the Phase 2 CAPEX, covering block
cutting, machining, and surface treatment, in October 2026, in line with the Q3FY27
timeline we shared earlier. The product approval process is expected to start soon.
For the rest of the year, our focus is on improving utilisation in the Alloys division,
1,048 BPS YoY starting pilot supplies in Relays, and moving customer approvals forward in
Quantum Magnetics.”
