Brief profile of Ms. Manasa Gangotri Kata
Ms. Manasa Gangotri Kata, GOI Nominee Director assumed office of Director of the
Bank on 23.10.2026.
Ms. Manasa Gangotri Kata is an Indian Revenue Service (Customs and Indirect
Taxes) officer of the 2007 batch.
She holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of
Technology (IIT), Bombay, and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the
National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru.
During her career, she has served in various capacities in Customs, GST and the
Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), including postings in Chennai Customs.
She was appointed Director in the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of
Finance, under the Central Staffing Scheme in December 2024.
