meeting held on July 24, 2026.
We are also enclosing the Monitoring Agency Report issued by CRISIL Ratings Limited, appointed to
monitor the utilization of the proceeds.
Furthermore, we hereby confirm that there has been no deviation or variation in the utilization of
proceeds of funds raised through issue of Equity Shares on preferential basis.
