Net worth (3,22,94,116) In this regard, we would like to inform you that the Company's paid up equity share capital was below Rs. 10 Crore and the Net Worth was below Rs. 25 Crore as on the last date of the previous financial year i.e. financial year ended on 31st March, 2026. Therefore the Company is not required to submit Corporate Governance Report under Regulation 27 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended for the quarter ended 30.09.2026. Further, the provisions of Chapter IV of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Section II-B of SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are not applicable to Satiate Agri Limited (the Company) for the quarter ended 30.09.2026. Section II-B has since been omitted, as its requirements have been subsumed under Integrated Filing (Governance). Consequently, the requirement to submit a declaration to the Stock Exchange(s) at the beginning of each financial year—duly signed by the Compliance Officer or Chief Executive Officer and accompanied by a certificate from a Practicing Chartered Accountant (PCA) or Practicing Company Secretary (PCS)—has also been dispensed with.
