Debt Codes: CPs -730851/731112/731487/732069/732127/732724 October 24, 2026 Sub: Receipt of Provisional Certificate (COD) for NHAI Project Ashoka Buildcon Limited (“the Company”) informs the declaration of October 13, 2026 as the Commercial Operation Date (CoD) for stretch of 4.221 KMs vide letter issued by Independent Engineer on October 23, 2026, in addition to stretch of 39.050 KMs received w.e.f. October 17, 2023, (First CoD) vide NHAI letter dated October 18, 2023, for its Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) Project of National Highways Authority of India (“NHAI”) and 3.925 KM w.e.f. October 15, 2024 received vide letter dated October 28, 2024 (Second CoD) for the Project viz. “Four Laning of Tumkur Shivamogga Section from 121+900 (Banwara) to km. 170+415 (Bettadahalli) of NH-206 on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana (Package – III) in the state of Karnataka (Package-III)” (“Project”). The Project is executed by Ashoka Banwara Bettadahalli Road Private Limited (SPV), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. The Company also announces that the said SPV has received a Provisional Certificate/s for completion of total length of 47.196 KMs in aggregate (revised after de-scoping) for Project. Further to inform that consequent upon the declaration of First CoD, the SPV is already eligible for receipt of Annuity payments from NHAI for the operation period of 15 years at the interval of every 6 months from the date of achievement of First CoD, i.e. October 17, 2023.
